I'm a Doctor Who fan, an obsessive knitter, love to play all sorts of games, and am actually a mermaid.  I will pretty much do anything for a good story, and admire truly good writing because I understand how hard it is to achieve.  I am hoping to have a lot more adventures in the second half of my life.  Along those lines, I want to do more camping, backpacking and thru-hiking, distance open water swimming, dancing, and biking.  I would love to further explore this giant gorgeous planet we live on.  There.  Now I have goals.
